Nexperion SentineL 电镜预警和管理系统
Remote Alarms
A delayed response to problems on high end electron microscope frequently unnecessarily exacerbates the situation, causing avoidable downtime.
Nexperion Sentinel addresses this issue by continuously monitoring a series of critical subsystems and microscope parameters:
► Vaccuum system
► High tension system and emitter
► Specimen stage
► Water chillers and other media
► Environmental conditions
► Network connectivity
► Free disk space
► User logins
When a parameter falls outside of the user-defined range, remote instrument supervisiors can be notified via E-mail and cell phone message before a problem gets out of control, ensuring a swift response avioding downtime.
“Nexperion’s Sentinel is a great tool for a busy facility like ours, where up-time is key. Now we catch small problems before they turn into major issues causing microscope downtime.” Dr.Thomas Heuser, Head of Electron Microscopy, Campus Science Support Facilities, Vienna Biocenter.
Data logging
Reviewing historical data can facilitate an understanding of when issues started or how they evolved over longer periods of time.
Nexperion Sentinel’s logging facility records events and parameters such as vacuum levels, high tension, environmental conditions, or user logins and outputs them to text files readable with any spreadsheet application.
Status Website
To keep up to date with the real-time status of your instrument an optional status page on the Internet can be enabled. This page is also mobile friendly and all parameters are listed with actual and expected values. Moreover, colour-coding facilitates a quick survey of the situation.
